Overview

MyRadioTools (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides broadcast clock and cart tools for radio. This page describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, and includes our disclaimer. By using MyRadioTools you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and data generated by your use of the service:

• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored securely). If you sign up via Google or another provider, we receive the profile information that provider shares (e.g. name, email).
• Station and content: station names, logos, programming clocks, cart labels and audio files, calendar and schedule data, and other content you create or upload.
• Billing-related data: we do not store your full payment card number. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (see below). We store subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and similar metadata needed to provide and manage your plan.
• Usage and technical data: we may log requests (e.g. IP, browser, pages visited) and use cookies or similar technology for session management and to improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Provide, operate, and improve MyRadioTools (clocks, carts, stations, billing).
• Authenticate you and manage your account and subscription.
• Send transactional emails (e.g. signup verification, password reset, subscription and trial-related messages).
• Send optional product or support communications if you have not opted out.
• Respond to support requests, feedback, or legal process where required.
• Enforce our terms and prevent abuse or security issues.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing.

Stripe (Payments)

Subscriptions and payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you subscribe or update payment methods, you provide payment details (e.g. card number) directly to Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We receive from Stripe: customer ID, subscription ID, payment status, and similar metadata so we can grant access, show billing in your account, and manage renewals and cancellations. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment data you give them: stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies and Similar Technology

We use session cookies and similar storage to keep you logged in and to remember preferences. These are necessary for the service to function. We may use analytics or performance tools that set cookies or similar identifiers; you can control these via your browser or device settings where applicable.

Data Retention and Security

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with law. After account closure we may retain certain data for backup, legal, or safety reasons. We take reasonable steps to protect your data (e.g. encryption in transit, secure storage, access controls). No system is 100% secure; you use the service at your own risk.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these or ask questions about your data, contact us (see Contact below). You can also close your account and request deletion of your data from the account or billing area, or by emailing us.

Disclaimer

MyRadioTools is provided “as is.” We strive for reliability and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-purpose operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service (e.g. loss of data, lost revenue, business interruption). You are responsible for backing up your own content and for how you use the tools in your broadcasts. Pricing, features, and policies may change; we will communicate material changes where appropriate (e.g. by email or notice in the product).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy and disclaimer from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of MyRadioTools after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
